PumpSmart Limited sells and distributes quality products from all of the major manufacturers but occasionally things don’t work as expected which is why we back up our sales with a customer focused warranty department who will help you when things go wrong. Our warranty department will help you to raise a claim to return, replace or repair products under the manufacturer’s warranty. Just simply complete and return one of our online forms and we’ll do the rest.  

Raising a Product Warranty Fault Claim

Manufacturers products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a given period of time from the date of delivery or date of purchase. This time period will vary between manufacturers so if your product is not working as it should and you would like to return or replace the item, then contact our warranty department to find out if your product is covered. Once your claim has been received by our warranty department, we will review and advise next steps within 48 hours.  

Raising a Warranty Inspection Claim

If your product has been installed and it is not working as it should then contact our warranty department to see if your purchase is eligible for an engineer to attend site to inspect the faulty product under the manufacturer’s warranty. Click on the image below to download our online form to register and submit a warranty inspection claim. Please remember to also submit site and product photos where possible as this will help our warranty department and the manufacturer to identify the equipment and diagnose the fault. Once your claim has been received by our warranty department, we will review and advise next steps within 48 hours.

Note: If the warranty is declined by the manufacturer then the site visit will be chargeable
